This is the Chip pin from the Limited Release PWP Train Conductor Collection pin series. This pin features railroad engineer Chip riding atop a train engine in blue overalls and matching cap with a white shirt and red neckerchief.
This pin was available by special pin with purchase promotion at Walt Disney World for guests attending the Imagination Gala Event (September 5-7, 2014). Guests had the opportunity to participate in a "1st purchase opportunity" by receiving one randomly selected Train Collection pin for $2.95 for every $30 spent in event merchandise.
Also available at Disneyland for $2.95 with the purchase of $30 worth of pins, at least as of the beginning of October.
