The round area shows the Golden Gate Bridge with blue sky and large black Mickey Mouse icon in the air; to the right and behind the bridge is Sleeping Beauty Castle in dark blue, with three fireworks shooting off from it. Below the bridge is green water, with "GOLDEN GATE FANTASY CLUB" in gold. Gold metal.
The pin measures 7/8" (22 mm) tall and wide. Waffle back and single post with nub and round black plastic pin back. On reverse, "All American Pin Co., LA, Ca. (213) 735-1207."
The Golden Gate Fantasy Club (now known as the Golden Gate Disneyana Club), is a group formed in 1987 when Disney animation legend Bill Justice (Chip 'n' Dale) worked with Ray and Molly Vyeda to form a non-profit group "committed to preserving and sharing the rich legacy of Walt Disney."
