This is one of a series of Tampopo/Dandelion Pooh pins released at the Japan DS.
This is a hinged pin. When it is closed you see Pooh and Piglet faces through the dandelion flower. When it is opened you see them full view sitting in a bed of dandelions with the word dandelion in Japanese above themm.
