Front Description
This map/pin set was released in 1990 at the Disney Store to commemorate the 35th Anniversary of Disneyland. The Main Street Mickey pin, seen at the bottom, was only availabe with the purchase of the framed map. There were four GWP pins which completed the map, and each pin represented a different land in the park. The four GWPS were Pluto for Tomorrowland, Donald for Adventureland, Minnie for Fantasyland, and Goofy for Frontierland.
In the bottom-right corner of the map is a box with a banner which reads: 35 YEARS OF MAGIC. This is a reproduction of pages 4 and 5 of the first souvenir guidebook, "A Complete Guide to Disneyland", pubished in 1956. Each of the five pins in the series represents one of the original five lands in existence when Disneyand opened on July 17, 1955. This map is a limited edition of 25,000 available exclusively at The Disney Store.
