Front Description
When WDW opened Innoventions at Epcot, they had a cast member training program called Epcotology. Each level of knowledge was like a degree. This pin was awarded to those cast members reaching the first level of training - just like an Associates Degree. There was also a Bachelors and Masters level.
The pin is rectangular with a white Mickey Head in the middle of red/white spokes. The background is blue.
