This pin depicts a Canadian stamp. It say's "Canada 45[cents]" Picture of Pooh with WDW Castle in background. Also say's in both French and English, "Winnie the Pooh at Walt Disney World, 1986." This pin was given to me by my Canadian counterpart at an annual sales meeting a few years ago, he said he bought a few at a liitle mini mart just before crossing the border into the US
This pin was released by Canada Post in conjunction with a stamp of the same design issued on October 1, 1996 to commemorate the real-life bear that inspired the Winnie the Pooh stories. The pin, measuring 1.5 inch x 1.25 inch, was available for CD$2.99.
