Released at WDW in July 2000, this cute pin features MICKEY holding balloons. The pin says "My First Mickey Pin", with MICKEY spelled out on the balloons against a blue background.

 

[2000 comment: "This pin is only available as part of a starter set. You get this pin, a lanyard, and four $6.00 pins (of your choice) for $32.00. It is only available at the Pin Station outside the front gate at EPCOT."]
