Winnie the Pooh is one of series of three designs in a set (#16146) released released at the Japan DSs to celebrate Halloween. It matches a mini bean bag also sold during that time. Pooh is dressed as a black cat with bat wings. He faces left with right arm holding a brown pitchfork in the air and left arm trailing behind him. He appears to be walking or flying, with left leg to the right of his right leg. His costume has a red spot on its belly area and a red bat wing or cape trailing behind him to the right. The eyes and nose of the cat can be seen above Pooh's head. He is smiling, winking with his left eye.
The pin measures .75 inch (20 mm) wide by 1 inch (25 mm) tall. The reverse has a single post with single nub,, textured crosshatch pattern back, and a simple "© Disney". Gold metal.
