Winnie the Pooh is one of series of three designs in a set (#16146) released released at the Japan DSs to celebrate Halloween. It matches a mini bean bag also sold during that time.
Pooh is dressed as a black cat with bat wings. He faces forward; his arms are to his sides with his right hand holding an orange pumpkin made into a jack-o-lantern. His costume has a red heart on the belly, red bat wing to the sides, and pink and black cat ears. The eyes and nose of the cat can be seen above Pooh's head. Pooh has a closed-mouth smile.
The pin measures .approximately .8 inch (21 mm) wide by .875 inch (22 mm) tall.
