Released at the D23 Event "Attraction Rewind" held at WDW November 21 - 23. Pin was at the Mickey of Glendale D23 shop that was set up for the Event.

 

This pin has 4 yellow and black bees with long beaks and propellers on their stingers. They are part of the wind vane movement portion of the Tower of the Four Winds tower.

 

The Tower of the Four Winds was a part of the 1964 New York World's Fair "It's a Small World" pavilion. Created by Walt Disney for Pepsi-Cola. This was a ground-breaking attraction that was later moved to Disneyland and recreated at Walt Disney World.

 

The Tower of the Four Winds was designed by legendary Disney artist Rolly Crump. It was a massive wind-powered mobile filled with whimsical creatures that moved at the direction of the breeze.
