Los Angeles L.A. 1984 Sam the Eagle mascot in Police Security Uniform holding a Flag with three stripes. Top to bottom Red Green Blue. This pin was sold to me as an L.A.P.D. Pin but I think the Uniform is the wrong color. I can't find this Flag in my Atlas ? Maybe somebody out there knows more about it?
