Los Angeles (L.A.) 1984 Sam the Eagle mascot in Police / Security Uniform holding a Flag with three stripes. Top to bottom Red/Green/Blue. This pin was sold to me as an L.A.P.D. Pin but I think the Uniform is the wrong colour. I can't find this Flag in my Atlas ? Maybe somebody out there knows more about it?
