This is the Pre Production version of PP# 86227 , which is the chaser for PP# 85143
This pin features Mickey with the 40th WDW logo. The "0" in the 40 is the Mickey Mouse head guest relations icon. The 40 is red sparkle/glitter filled. The right ear has the D23 2011 expo logo. The bottom of the pin reads "Walt Disney World".
