One of eight pins from the 2015 Character Apples set of Hidden Mickey pins that was released in Wave A at Walt Disney World. With the exception of the World of Color apple, each apple-shaped pin is themed after a favorite Disney character. They look just like the candy/caramel apples sold in 2014 at Downtown Disney shops in both Florida and California, complete with white stick at the top. The small Hidden Mickey icon is on the left side of each pin. Pins were originally only available by trading with a cast member. In February 2016, pouches containing two random 2015 Hidden Mickey pins were available to purchase for $12.99.
This pin features an apple themed after Maleficent. It’s got a brown border and two horns with the green apple showing through the front to resemble her face and mask.
The seven common pins feature Sorcerer Mickey, Olaf from Frozen, Minnie Mouse, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, World of Color, Goofy and Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. Olaf is repeated on the silver Chaser pin.

Purple lines on the fakes are enamel not screenprinted like the real ones. Also low enamel fill.
