This is Loki from Marvel Comics. It was released at DLR on April 2, 2015, but will be released at WDW on April 9, 2015.
Loki is running and his cape is flared out behind him. The cape is green, black, and yellow/gold. The whole pin is a combination of the black, green, and yellow/gold. His face is flesh-colored. Loki carries his uru hammer in his left hand and it is pointed down.
