This pin was a Disney/McDonalds promotion for the movie Inspector Gagdet released on July 23, 1999. It is epoxy on the front and back also. The front says Disney's Inspector Gadget(in all caps) with a bolt on the left side of the pin and a small gear on the right with the golden arches at the bottom of the pin.
