Artist Proof version #100130. Doc has his hands full trying to convince Grumpy that a spoonful of medicine will help whatever ailment he may be suffering from (grumpiness?). Doc is holding a spoon in his right hand and a bottle of medicine in his left hand. Grumpy does not appear to be buying into the speech as his hands are clenched into fists and he is leaning forward in a rather aggressive manner. Grumpy is on a short slider trying to back away from Doc. Behind them is a stool with a stethoscope dangling from it. At the bottom of the pin are the words Doctors' Day 2014 in blue.
