PP1092    DL - Tinker Bell - Disney Channel

This pin features Tinker Bell leaning on the logo of the Disney Channel. This pin is a little more then an inch long (from Tinker Bell's toes to tip of her wings). This pin was released and retired the same night at a private party at the DLR. The party was for the grand opening of The Disney Channel in 1983. The pin was given free of charge to all who attened the party when they entered the park. In Washington state, this pin was also given away as part of a promotion when the Disney Channel was first added to the local cable company line up. The pin was obtained directly from Disney Channel staff manning the booth for the event but lacks the markings of the original event pin.
