This pin is one in a series of Walt Disney World exclusive pins made for Cast Members to wear on their lanyards for trading with the public. The back of each pin reads Disney's Lanyard Pin Series.
This is Cheshire Cat's head with a big smile.
This was one of the few in the first series WDW cast lanyard pins to be re-released and backstamped 2003. The darker pink fur color is even darker on the newer 2003 version and side by side it is easy to see them as different pins.
Similar to #3664.
Note: Most Cast Lanyard Series, Cast Lanyard Collection, and Global Lanyard Collection pins were released before Disney began placing Hidden Mickey symbols on these pins.
Similar to 3664 and 29886.
However, this pin is more than 1 1/4" wide - closer to 1 1/3". Both variations are more magenta/purple than either 3664 or 29886. It is larger than 3664, which measure less than an inch wide.
Also a noticeable difference between this pin (both variations) and 29886 is that this pin has black eyebrows, while 29886 has all gold eyebrows.
