This is a gold square pin with Minnie wearing a pink bow in her hair as a Topiary. The left side of the pin on top reads Disney's and going down reads Topiary.
The is part of the Topiary Series which includes #10922, #11295, #15348, #15975, #17224.
Note: Most Cast Lanyard Series, Cast Lanyard Collection, and Global Lanyard Collection pins were released before Disney began placing Hidden Mickey symbols on these pins.

It appears that there are scrappers surfacing in 2009 of this pin. Very subtle differences - color of gold, backstamp size differences & spaces between fingers not cut out as well.
