Front Description
This pin was awarded to Cast Members at DSs that had remained in the top tier for 8 consecutive months. It is a white square pin with a green (turquoise/teal) Mickey head and ears and reads Spotlight Star DS. The right ear of Mickey has an 8 in the middle. If a store continued to maintain "Top Tier" status from month to month additional pins were awarded to the cast members. These pins are shown by month and color. If a store ever failed to achieve "top tier" status they had to start over at the beginning. Other pins in this series are: 20359, 46033, 53395 and 59214
