One of a series of pins being released at the Disneyland Resort to commemorate Walt Disney's 100th birthday. The pin features a black-and-white photo of Walt and Mickey Mouse CM character driving in a car. In the upper-right corner is Tinker Bell (pin-on-pin element).
The picture may be reversed so Walt is driving on the right side instead of the left side. The original of this photo, on this pin, was the last picture taken of Walt while he was alive.
