Believe it is part of a series from 1993, Tokyo Disneyland’s 10th Anniversary.
A large Donald Duck pin used to hold a complimentary passport into Tokyo Disneyland. Donald Duck is holding onto the border of his name sign. Donald Duck is in blue text. The pin is plastic. The pin measures 4 1/4" (10.8 cm) tall by 3 1/2" (8.9 cm) wide The back has "Tokyo Disneyland, © Walt Disney Company. It has a large plastic clip on hinge that can be used to place the pin badge securely on a pocket, but also has a safety pin. A plastic sleeve is secured between layers of plastic on the pin, where the pass is placed.
