This open stock rack pin depicts a doll from the It's A Small World attraction. The little girl doll from India has her hands out and is wearing a traditional native outfit.
Originally scheduled (according to the Disney flyer, at the time) for release in May 2002, but it does not appear to have ever been released. The picture submitted here is a scan of the original flyer and not a photograph. It could be a prototype.
