Front Description
This is the PROTOTYPE for pin # 3977. This difference in the Prototype and the Release pin is the Prototype was produced in a glossy enamel, which was then abandon for the softer matte enameled piece.
This pin was released at World of Disney in Disneyland. Tinker Bell is shown in an animated reproduction of her scene at the start of the Wonderful World of Color television program. The TV is brown with a rabbit ears antenna set on top. Sleeping Beauty's castle is shown in shades of purple, and there are yellow, blue and red fireworks in the background. Tink is front and center, her arms outstretched over her head. She is in her traditional costume, but has a white top-knot on the end of her hair. The pin measures a large 2" (5.2 cm) wide by 2 1/4" (5.8 cm) tall. The reverse reads, "Disneyland RESORT EXCLUSIVE, © Disney, WONDERFUL WORLD OF COLOR, CHINA."
