Front Description

This is the later synthetic-cloisonne version of the pin which was released (1993-2000) at WDW in real cloisonne (PP403). It features Snow White and the seven dwarfs: Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy. All seven dwarves form a wreath around Snow White. Only the characters' heads and faces are shown.

 

For cataloguing and trading purposes, this pin listing is for the 2001 version. Please check your pin carefully before cataloguing. There have been a number of production releases of this pin, both cloisonne and synthetic, with different backs. For instance, the original 1990's release of the pin only says: "©Disney, Made in China". This version here contains the 2001 Official Pin Trading logo on the back.

 

**NOTE** The original release of this pin was authentic cloisonne (melted powdered glass). Subsequent releases (after 2000) have been and are semi-cloisonne (epoxy resin).
