This pink lanyard with a pink plastic card that has Mickey holding a set of balloons that spell out MICKEY above the balloons it reads My First Pin Collection in different colors.

 

This lanyard was part of the MY FIRST pin collection at WDW. When you purchased 6 pins and this lanyard you would receive one of the MY FIRST pins given out at certain park stores and kiosks. (Mickey #1058, Tigger, #2160, Minnie #2161, Donald #2162, Goofy #2166 and Pooh #2167).
