This is a Prototype pin. Tinker Bell is dressed as Mary Poppins in a never released Disney Shopping Pin. She is dressed wearing a blue dress, black overcoat, and red and pink striped scarf. She is holding her trademark umbrella and red satchel. This was a long awaited, pending, upcoming release several years back but it never appeared on the DS site. Disney Shopping stopped their regular weekly releases shortly before the intended release of this pin. There are prototypes of this pin that are known to exist.
