This pin sold at the DS. The Magic Carpet is approx 2 X 1 1/2 inches w/ tassels. Does anyone know any more about this pin?
It has a stick pin latch back on it instead of lapel pin and the tassels do not move. The pin was part of a series of Aladdin pins released by Napier, which also included the Genie Lamp (#21041).
This is a brooch with a gold brooch fastening on the reverse.
It was made in 1992 and is Signed Disney "Aladdin".
The brooch measures 2 1/8" by1 1/4" in size and is made of a high shine goldtone metal with dark royal blue enamel background that highlights the carpet's pattern of two opposing Aladdin magic lamps with the smoke making a pattern in goldtone.
The brooch has tiny goldtone metal tassels on all 4 corners of the flying carpet.
