The tag says To: Clarice From: Chip & Dale. There is a red ribbon attached so you can hang it from the tree. It has a double pin post in the back. It comes on a sparkle black and silver card that says Walt Disney Imagineering in the upper left corner and Limited Edition in the bottom of the card.
