This is the Artist Proof of Pinpics #15753.

The 1 inch long by 1/2 inch high pin features Jafar as the crimson cobra surrounded by flames at the bottom of the pin.This limited edition slider pin on pin was released during the Search For Imagination Pin Event at Epcot, The reverse of the pin contains all the info on the upper part of the snakes head section. First listing is the Event logo with the PTL and MIC box to the immediate left of the Event logo on the top of the head. The edition size box is located below the upper two . The lower portion of the pin contains the dual pin posts on a sand textured background. The AP stamp is located inside the Edition size box.
