This pin is from the "Carolwood Historical Society". This is the society that has Walt's old train and has reconstructed the train along with Walts train barn and was completed for Walt's 100TH birthday.
This is the pin you receive when you join the society. It is limited to the number of members there are at the time. Members can request an extra pin for their spouse. There is a pin that looks almost exactly like this pin but in the area that says "historical society", the inscription says "Lilly Belle". Walt's first live steam locomotive, named after Ms. Lillian Disney, Walt's first, and only, wife.
