This is the gold prototype version of pin #8384. The following description was adapted from the silver prototype description of the pin:
Disney Auctions released 4 prototypes in gold and 4 in silver of the LE 100 series, which was in black metal. The different metal colorings bring out different highlights of the pin design and in some cases bring a different look and feel to the actual release. A certificate of authenticity was issued by Disney Auctions for this pin. It was sent under separate cover. It read: Snow White Witch Prototype Pin Gold, This Snow White collector's pin depicting the Wicked Witch and her poisoned apple, is a gold-finished prototype preceding a limited edition of 100 black-metal pins offered exclusively by Disney Auctions. Size: approx. 1.5 " Materials: cloisonne. Disney Auctions certifies the authenticity of this item and proudly offers it on behalf of the Walt Disney Company.
