Rectangle (3/4 x 1 inch) black pin. Says Captain EO (in red lettering) with black and light blue triangles behing it, with Presented By Kodak underneath it. The pin is trimmed in gold.
This was provided to Managers at Disneyland during the grand opening of Capt EO.
