Front Description
This is a silver Mickey Mouse ears hat with the word "EXCELLENCE" across the bottom.
It was given solely to Cast Members who attended the 1997 Employee Forum as an enticement to get them to attend. It was attached to a card which read, "EXCELLENCE IN EVERY ADVENTURE, EMPLOYEE FORUM 1997."
The pin measures 3/4" (19 mm) wide by 1/2" (12 mm) tall. The back reads, "© DISNEY, CHINA" and has a traditional tie tack back.
