This promo button was given to Toys R Us employees to promote the release of Beauty and the Beast on DVD and Video October 8, 2002. Across the top of the button is a royal blue header which reads, in white print, Reserve Your Copy Today Ask Me About The FREE Gift!. (I don't remember what the free gift was.) At the top pf the dark blue body it reads, in white print, Walt Disney Pictures Presents. Below that it reads Beauty and the Beast Special Edition. Beauty and Beast are in yellow, the rest of the wording is white.The body also depicts Mrs. Potts, Chip, Cogsworth and Lumiere dancing and singing surrounded by white stars. At the footer of the pin it reads, in white print with the Toys R Us logo, Available at Toys R Us on DVD and Video October 8. This button measures app 2 5/8" wide x 3 5/8" high. The back of the pin has a black cardboard cover over a silver metal back. It has a safety pin style clasp located just above mid center. On the back left rim in white print it reads (C) Disney Enterprises, Inc. DA8624.
