This is a pin of Mickey's hand. It is from a set of 3 pins . this is just Mickey's left hand with his thumb up... it looks like he is hitchhiking!
This set was sold in the Disney stores in the London area in 2000 and packaged on a red velveteen backing in a blue box marked "The DS" "LONDON".
There are also similar sets from Paris and Rome. 2 of the pins in each set are identical including this pin and the third pin is that country's flag depending on which country you bought the set in.
