This is a Walt Disney World Cast Member Lanyard. It is part of the monthly Limited Release Lanyards for Cast Members. This was released in April and features Orange Bird. He is sitting on an orange and there is a cut orange on either side of that with orange blossoms throughout. He has his arm up and is saying "Nice". He is wearing Mickey Ears.
There is a tag attacked that says Disney Them Park Cast Member Limited Release Lanyard Series. On the back, below where the lanyard attaches, there is a box. In the box it says :
