Each year the Manager's of the various DSs located throughout Europe gather to discuss the state of the company and the direction for the following year. Each attendee received one of these pins to commemorate the event. The pin is a mickey icon shape with DS on one ear and 2011 on the other. The dangle has the words Our Magical Journey Continues.
