This is the 3rd pin in a series of pins released at Epcot for the Flower and Garden Festival.

 

It is the logo for this year's event and is scented with a rose fragrance on a disc on the back of each pin. The background pin features Mickey holding a boquet of flowers and reads Scented Pin Limited Edition.
