This is Figaro the cat from the movie Pinocchio as a Tsum Tsum pin. This was part of a monthly release of Tsum Tsum at Disneyland Paris.

 

The American pin is about 2cm. The Paris pin is larger, about 3 cm and says Disneyland Paris on the back.
