This is the Artist Proof version of Pinpics #7693. WDW Halloween with a flying Witch Hazel and the three nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, dressed as a ghost, a witch, and a devil. They appear to be Trick or Treating. Witch Hazel, riding her broom Beelzebub, moves up and down and covering the nephew dressed as a devil's face. Along the bottom it has Happy Halloween 2001 and Walt Disney World. The 2001 and the moon behind Beezlebub glow in the dark. The building windows also glow in the dark.
