This is the silver pre-production prototype of pin 25137. This pre-production version differs from both the production and prototype versions in the following ways:
1) Smaller size
2) Silver metal color
3) V-neck of Maleficent’s cape has black and purple fill elements
No ‘PP’ or ‘AP’ stamp appears on the backside of the pin.

The evil fairy Maleficent from Disney's "Sleeping Beauty" changes into a ferocious fire-breathing dragon on this mesmerizing silver-finished collector's pin, one in a series of oversize collector's pins celebrating the power of change as embodied by some of Disney's most memorable characters. The Transformation pin series is a Disney Auctions exclusive created in limited editions of 100 pins each, with 25 Maleficent pins offered here individually, while the remaining 75 complete sets of six character pins.
