This is one of the eight pins in the Nightmare Before Christmas Earhat Mystery Collection.
This pin features a Mickey Mouse ear hat of the Mayor. The dome is the Mayor with his bone-white frowning face. One ear has a drawing of a pumpkin on graph paper, and the other ear is bordered in silver with a white interior. The Mayor's pointy hat extends up from between the ears. Each box contains two randomly selected pins.
