This pin/banner is one of fifteen released to celebrate the Japan DS's 15th anniversary. The series features Mickey Mouse shorts. This set is for "The Pointer" which was released in 1939 and distributed by RKO Radio Pictures. There are only 9 listed so I am not sure which number this set was. There is a 15 inside Mickey logo on the tag so there is a possibility it was the final one released. The Bottom of the tag reads DS 15 fabulous years. All of the other information on the tag is in Japanese.
