This pin is the Eye of Agamotto. It's an amulet that Doctor Strange uses which has mystical powers. In the Marvel Studios film Doctor Strange, he uses the Eye of Agamotto to defeat the villains in the film. One of the powers this amulet possess is a time loop which is featured in the film.

 

This pin was released at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World in November 2016.
