Button given out at the Magic Kingdom and included in the D23 "Destination D - Amazing Adventures" gift bag at WDW. Not sure if this button was distributed around the world, but will list it as a "multiple"origin" item.
Button is 3" in diameter, "# Happy Birthday Mickey" wording, yellow background, green, red, blue balloons. Mickey Mouse depicted is a pie-eye version.
