This is the Pre-Production (PP) version of pin 99477. A 'PP' stamp appears on the backside of the pin. The following description was taken from the original listing:
This pin release features iconic Disney villain in gold frames made out of character specific icons for each villain. This pin features the fairest queen of all, the Evil queen from Walt Disney’s snow white and the seven dwarfs. At the top of her frame we see the face of the slave of the magic mirror and at the bottom the Queen's heart box. It has purple stained glass. It is 2 1/4 inches high by 2 1/4 inches wide. The back of the pin has a design of icecream cones with a box that says "Disney's Soda Fountain and Studio Store". Below that box is another box that says, "Limited Edition 400", below that it says "Disney China." It also has a serial number stamped on the back.
