This 1-1/4" Mickey Mouse pin debuted in 2001 and features Mickey with his arms wide open (stretched out) and a gold tail. This is the first synthetic (non-cloisonne) version of this art on a pin.

 

This pin listing is for the later 1-1/4" pin with the OPT backstamp. The same pin was also released in a 3/4" mini cloisonne version (PP369), a 1" cloisonne version (PP172417), and a 1-1/4" cloisonne version (PP383). Please check the size and back of your pin carefully before cataloguing.
