Animal Kingdom celebrated its 10th anniversary on April 22, 2008 - Earth Day! As a surprise to guests coming into the park that day, commemorative buttons were handed out. This was a complimentary Cast Member Button given out to Cast on the same day. The button says: 10 Year Cast Member 1998-2008 Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund Disney's Animal Kingdom. Similar buttons were given when a donation to the Conservation Fund was made in the park merchandise shops.
