Mickey is bending over forwards lifting the state of Iowa in the air with both his arms and hands stretched upwards.
The state is filled in with red. "Iowa" is written across in what looks like black letters.
Same pose as the South Dakota pin, except that state is in filled in with blue!
Pin is approx 3/4" wide x 1.5" tall.
